On June 28, 2021, the Arizona State Board of Education changed the sex education rules. One rule change started on June 30, 2021. It states: "Require LEAs to make any existing sex education course of study available and accessible for review both online and in person by June 30, 2021."
If schools are teaching sex education, they should have the sex education course available for review online now.
Visit your local school district website and see if you can access the sex education course online. If not, please contact your local superintendent.
