Don't know if this was an IB school but I bet the thought process is the same...

I gotta wonder about the mother, why she wasn't involved enough in her daughter's life to realize she was making dumb decisions, but the school completely overstepped it's function.

The IB is a symptom of the overall problem and that is the fact that the UN, Globalist, Socialist, Leftist, Humanist, Satanist, Stalinist, etc., indoctrination is THE NORM today in ALL schools from Kindergarten through PHD. That philosophy says everyone is EQUAL in the eyes of the state unless of course you are a fetus and can't work for the Government or pay taxes.
