The ink isn't even dry on the Senate vote on SB1346 and now PP is sueing. Well why not? Our elected Republicans don't stand for anything but they cave on everything.

Attorneys for Planned Parenthood said the lawsuit primarily targets three "medically-unnecessary" laws:

• "Physician-only" rules that effectively prohibit nurse practitioners and other advanced-practice clinicians from performing abortions and related services. Some states allow nurse practitioners to prescribe abortion-inducing medication or perform some surgical procedures.
• A requirement that women wait at least 24 hours to have the procedure following state-mandated counseling with their physician. That requires two trips to the doctor. The lawsuits argue that makes access cumbersome for women who live in rural areas without abortion clinics.
• Lastly, the lawsuit challenges a ban on women receiving abortion-related care remotely via telemedicine, or a video conference with their physician.

Obviously Planned Parenthood is getting desperate.  "Gosnell", "Unplanned", Governer Cuomo, etc. have exposed this profit-seeking house of horrors. 

40 Days for Life officially ends on Saturday, April 13th.  Continue to come to the sidewalk, especially on abortion days which vary from clinic to clinic.  In Tempe it's Fridays and Saturdays.  Glendale I think is Thursdays and Sundays, including Easter Sunday.  Don't let up.  

Every Red for Ed candidate supports Planned Parenthood.  Expose that.  Don't talk about education dollars, they are Planned Parenthood candidates, simple as that.
