ANNA McCAULEY Occupation: Director of research and assessment for the Higley Unified School District. What to watch: As the person who breaks down student achievement data into critical parts and identifies deficiencies so that they can be addressed by teachers in the classroom, she will be in charge of collecting valid and reliable data for use in the new teacher evaluation process. She also serves on a state committee that will determine how all districts collect, evaluate and disseminate teacher perfomance data.
