At 5:30PM, the Gilbert Public Schools Governing Board will hold an executive session, which will not be open to the public. Following this private meeting, a public work study session will be held in the first floor conference room

2.01 Call for Executive Session Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body concerning law and governing board policy that govern organizational powers of school district governing boards, including, without limitation, Article 2 of Chpater 3 of Title 15 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Pursuant to ARS 38-431.01, notice is hereby given to members of the Gilbert Unified School District Governing Board and the general public that the Gilbert Governing Board will convene a board meeting. Governing Board members will attend either in person or telephonically. The Governing Board reserves the right to move into executive session for legal advice with its attorneys for any item listed on the agenda, in person or telephonically, pursuant to ARS 38-431.03-A3. Additional information regarding this agenda can be obtained from the Governing Board Coordinator’s office 24 hours in advance of the board meeting.
