Dysart Kingergartner accused of sexual misconduct

"When teachers saw what happened, they hauled Eric into the principal’s office where he was forced to sign a document that labeled his actions “sexual misconduct.” Eric received detention as punishment.

"Martinez says she was not present for the meeting and not notified about the incident until after the fact."

Not mentioned in the article are the names of the principal and assistant principal, or their contact information. So, here they are:

The tv reporter says the mom is worried the sexual misconduct tag will follow her son for 12 years. The statewide longitudinal data system admittedly tracks students from preschool through the workforce (P-20). With the added risks of much more permissible sharing of data and security concerns from hacking, this information may well follow young Eric forever. Miserable.

Yes Robin, and as we have seen in other states, parents are often forbidden from getting access to such student data. It's a bit like not having access to your own credit score.
