Gilbert Public Schools (GPS), Gilbert, Arizona Superintendent Dr. Christina Kishimoto sends holiday wishes to the GPS community. Superintendent Kishimoto shouts out about Chanukah, Kwanzaa, Three Kings' Day and Navidad (in Spanish). Does she say "Merry Christmas?" Not in English!

If Gilbert Schools value the Teachers' Union over the country and the students, where does that leave the rest of us?

Dr. Kishimoto, let me help you-->Merry Christmas. And if you don't want to participate in the reason for the season, then why don't you head to your office Christmas Day and work?

Well, to be fair, she did say "Feliz Navidad and Prospero Ano". But, still, we are not in a Latin American country. The official language here is English. Would it be so hard to say it in OUR language?
