SB1456 passes out of the House Judiciary Committee!

We are please to report that SB1456 passed out of the House Judiciary Committee by a vote of 6-4 along party lines! This bill is on the home stretch but has one more hurdle before it reaches the Governor's desk. We must have at least 31 votes by the full House of Representatives for SB1456 to pass. We don't know when SB1456 will be voted on by the whole House also known as Committee of the Whole (COW) so please keep an eye out for our next email with further instructions.
