Taking Back America By Taking Back Our Schools

Anti-CRT Law in Arizona is No Longer Valid

[EAN NOTE: It's bad enough that we still have SEL. Now, it appears, our Representatives aren't even able to get rid of the abomination that is CRT. And, what is the GOP solution? Push forward another EGOP candidate like Matt Salmon who will give us more of the same. What is the definition of insanity? And, seriously, what good does a $5,000 fine do anyway? The schools just add more bonds on off elections years to get enough money to pay the fines. But, since our legislature almost never enforces such laws what difference does that make? As long as you put your children in the open sewer that is "Public Education" you will get what you deserve; regardless what the politicians do or say.]

Anti-CRT Law in This State Is No Longer Valid

Arizona—Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican, signed into law House Bill 2898 on June 30, prohibiting the use of “public monies for instruction that presents any form of blame or judgment on the basis of race, ethnicity or sex” in preK-12 education programs and setting a $5,000 fine for violations. The Arizona Supreme Court on Nov. 2 upheld a trial court ruling that the bill was invalid, saying that the state constitution doesn’t allow bills containing multiple subjects.
