Kyrene rehires

In March, Kyrene held one of those special election single issue deals that extended the increased taxation for the next six years.  They have plenty of money now.  Wonder how 1070 will affect the enrollment in our school systems?   Would be nice to eliminate the open enrollment system so that local tax payers only have to support local students.
