Governing Board Meetings are usually convened on the first and third Thursday of each month. Exceptions are in July (No Meetings Scheduled), August, November and December (First Thursday only). The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Alhambra School District Administration Office located at 4510 N. 37th Avenue.
All regular, special, and emergency meetings of the Governing Board are open to the public except during executive sessions. Notices of all meetings are posted at the Alhambra School District Administration Center at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. By Arizona Law, executive sessions may be called by the Governing Board to discuss personnel matters, pending legal matters, property purchases, student disciplinary actions, and employee negotiations.
