UofA Listed as Accepting Qatar Foundation Grants (2013?/2017)

Is this currently in Place?

Apparently QFI ( Qatar Foundation International- a US based organization) - funded by Qatar Foundation: has direct links to the Qatari Royal Family) has disbursed funds - as recently as 2017 - in excess of 30 M directly to US Schools and these funds are not w/o stipulations:
